Are you a professional looking to learn more about elder abuse awareness and prevention?
The Awareness and Prevention of Elder Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation training we offer is approximately 1.5 hours and is offered either virtually or in-person.
The training will help identify the scope of the problem, the indicators and risk factors for victims and perpetrators, and clarify mandatory reporting requirements. Registered Nurses, Clinical Social Workers, Psychologists, Respiratory Therapists, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling, Nursing Home Administrators, Occupational Therapists, and Dietitians and Nutrition Boards are welcome to attend.
