Ann Marie Winter, Executive Director

Ann Marie is responsible for leading the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas (AAAPP) and providing for its strategic vision and direction. She develops and nurtures partnerships to improve the lives of seniors and persons with disabilities and oversees the $35,000,000 annual investment that helps 65,000 seniors each year age in place. She serves as the agency’s representative to its state and federal partners and has 30 years of experience working with complex domestic and multi-national social service and humanitarian organizations. She has worked internationally on behalf of the US Government and United Nations to provide durable solutions to marginalized populations. Ann Marie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from New York University and speaks French and Croatian fluently. Ann Marie lives in Tampa Bay with her husband and has an adult son.

PUBLIC RECORDS
F.S. 119 and the Florida Constitution provide a right of access to the public records of AAAPP pursuant to F.S. 20.41. Certain records are exempt or confidential and exempt from disclosure. Anyone can request public records from the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco Pinellas. The requester is responsible for any cost of providing the public records, which includes staff time, cost of copies and other costs that are associated with the request as set forth by law. AAAPP’s services are available to all eligible individuals in Pasco and Pinellas counties and AAAPP complies with all legally mandated non-discrimination policies. The Board of Directors, Advisory Council and staff will be representative of the seniors, adults with disabilities and caregivers we serve.
