PUBLIC RECORDS
F.S. 119 and the Florida Constitution provide a right of access to the public records of AAAPP pursuant to F.S. 20.41. Certain records are exempt or confidential and exempt from disclosure. Anyone can request public records from the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco Pinellas. The requester is responsible for any cost of providing the public records, which includes staff time, cost of copies and other costs that are associated with the request as set forth by law.
