If you have an older version of the software, you may need to upgrade in order to read the files. The DOEA Program and Services Handbook is available from the Florida Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA). The document has been broken into sections in order to reduce the amount of time that it takes to download the file online. Click on each chapter and/or appendix to download. The following publications are available from the Area Agency on Aging.2011 Summary Plan Document The Summary Plan Document is used at the annual public hearing in August of each year, at which time the public has an opportunity to comment on the annual update to the Multiyear Plan of the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc. This document provides a brief explanation of aging services in Pasco and Pinellas Counties; describes the aging population in the two county area; and summarizes the major funding decisions contained in the Area Plan. The cover and the contents are presented as two separate documents. These are large files and may take a few minutes to download.
