Centre For Suicide Prevention
The Centre is a library and resource center. Located on the site is a comprehensive list of suicide prevention resources, crisis support information, and links to helpful suicide sites. They provide a quarterly quick reference guide to some of the newest resources in the field of suicide prevention and the publications are available for downloading online.

Counseling Center, University of Illinois
The counseling Center has produced Self-Help Brochures including suicide prevention and depression. The content is very useful in gaining a basic understanding of causes and warning signs to look for.

Infoline 2-1-1 of Connecticut
Infoline 211 of Connecticut is a partnership of CT United Way and the State of Connecticut. Site provides excellent information addressing suicide prevention with a focus on intervention.

National Institute on Mental Health (NIMH)
The NIMH Suicide Research Consortium is comprised primarily of NIMH scientists across the Institute who also administer research grants. The Consortium coordinates program development in suicide prevention, identifies gaps in the scientific knowledge base, stimulates and monitors research, keeps abreast of scientific developments in suicidology and public policy issues related to suicide surveillance, prevention, and treatment, and disseminates science-based information on suicidology to the public, media, and policy makers.
