Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance: a 16 week evidence-based program of easy, gentle Tai Chi forms specially designed for older adults

A Matter of Balance: Concerns about Falling: a 4 week, 8 session evidence-based program to reduce the risk of falling and the fear of falling
- Aging Well Center at the Long Center, 1501 N. Belcher, Clearwater on Monday and Friday at 9:30am. Call 727-793-2339 to sign up

Eat Better & Move More: Evidence-based program with steps to healthier aging.
