The Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc. is a 501c (3) private non-profit agency, and as such, welcomes and encourages donations. Donations are tax deductible. Your interest in supporting the programs and services of the Area Agency is very important. Contributions, in any amount, are sincerely appreciated.

Donating to the 9-1-1 Emergency Cell Phone Project

The Area Agency on Aging coordinates a program that collects used cell phones and chargers. These are then distributed free of charge to seniors to use as 9-1-1 emergency cell phones. These phones will only call 9-1-1, and there is no cost as they are not attached to a service plan. These free phones have proved to be very valuable to seniors, giving them increased security as they know that they can call for help.

The Area Agency accepts donations of used cell phones, even those that are not in working order.
